Wanting more than temporary fixes, Ashley began exploring functional medicine and natural approaches to healing—and over time, she was able to address the root causes behind her hormone, gut, and metabolic imbalances.

With a background in fitness and nutrition and her certification as a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P), Ashley brings both lived experience and clinical insight to her work. She’s passionate about helping others feel better in their bodies and confident in their health decisions.

Rebekah grew up immersed in natural health, working alongside her mother, a traditional naturopath, in a busy wellness center. There, she was introduced to medical thermography and became a certified clinical thermographer through the American College of Clinical Thermology (ACCT) in 2009.

After the center closed in 2014, she founded Bloom Wellness Center to continue serving clients with thermography. Over time, she noticed a pattern—many were managing symptoms but missing the root causes of their health concerns.

This led her to become a Functional Diagnostic Nutrition Practitioner (FDN-P) and pursue advanced trainings in hormones, thyroid, SIBO, mold toxicity and more. Today, Rebekah takes a whole-body, root-cause approach using advanced lab testing, personalized protocols, and ongoing support to help clients create lasting change.
